OVERVIEW

A central nervous system disorder, Epilepsy involves disrupted nerve cell activity in the brain, which causes seizures or periods of unusual behavior, sensations and sometimes loss of consciousness

Symptoms

Symptoms vary depending on the type of seizure that can affect any process brain coordinates. Seizure signs and symptoms may include:
